I have decided not to make this blog about weight loss. I'm not going to be weighing in and taking my measurements on a regular basis. Pounds lost on a scale will not be my goals from week to week. However, if I stick closely to the plan I have created for myself, weight loss could be a "by-product" of my training.
This blog will be more about training for multiple races over the next 7 months. This blog will be about performance, nutrition, supplementation, and reflection on various health and wellness articles that I find along the way.
I named this online diary "Mollie's Miles to the Medal". The last race that I hope to run at the end of these 33 weeks will be the Divas Half Marathon in Myrtle Beach, SC in April 2014. It is a medal race and the medal is pretty and pink (lol) and I want one.
So, I'm gonna get started and use this blog as a way to keep track of all the miles that I will run over the next 33 weeks.
